Terms of Use

These terms form the agreement between you and GBL Solutions N.V., the operator of wildtokyo.com, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board. By registering an account you accept them in full. The English text is the legally binding version; any translation is provided for convenience.

Who Can Register

Registration is open to individuals aged eighteen or older who are legally permitted to gamble online in their country of residence. The platform operates as an offshore interactive gambling service and is not authorised under the Australian Interactive Gambling Act 2001. Worth keeping in mind: Australian law does not penalise the player for accessing an offshore operator, but it also does not extend local consumer protections to the account. You choose to play under a Curacao licence.

One person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts opened from the same household, address, email, phone number, IP address, banking instrument or device are treated as a policy breach. The operator reserves the right to close duplicates without notice, void any winnings earned on them and use the balance of any related account to recover deposits made through the duplicate.

Account and Verification

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for every action taken from your account. Identity verification is triggered by the first withdrawal request or earlier at the risk department’s discretion. Documents required include a colour scan of a passport or driver’s licence, a payment-instrument scan with the middle six card digits and the CVV concealed, a bank statement showing account number and full address, and a utility bill no older than three months. Selfie or video verification may be requested when the risk profile warrants it.

You have thirty calendar days to submit requested documents. Failure to complete verification within that window results in confiscation of winnings and permanent closure of the account. Standard KYC review takes up to three business days once files are received.

Deposits, Play and the 3x Turnover Rule

Deposits are accepted only through payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited. The main drawback of this rule is friction for players who share cards or accounts with family members, but the anti-money laundering framework leaves no discretion here.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, real-money wagers must equal at least three times the sum of deposits made since the last successful withdrawal. If a withdrawal is requested before that threshold is met, the finance team may either require the turnover to be completed or apply a penalty of up to ten per cent of the requested amount, deducted from the real-money balance.

Bonuses

Bonuses are optional. Once claimed, standard rules apply: activation within forty-eight hours of credit, a five-day validity window from activation, wagering of x50 on both cash and free-spin components counted separately, and a maximum stake of AU$8 per spin or round while a bonus is active. Bonus buy features count as a bonus purchase and are governed by the same stake cap.

Withdrawal caps depend on the promotion. Free-spin winnings from loyalty bonuses cap out at AU$170. Winnings tied to tournaments, the coin Shop or new-level rewards cap at AU$800. Cashable amounts from deposit-match bonuses are limited to ten times the qualifying deposit. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active voids the bonus and every win derived from it, and only clean real-money funds are paid out.

Withdrawals and Payout Limits

Withdrawals are paid back through the same channel used for the deposit whenever the payment provider supports it. The account may hold no more than three simultaneous withdrawal requests. Until identity, age and residence are fully verified, we do not pay out more than the equivalent of two thousand euros in a rolling twenty-four-hour window, or two thousand three hundred euros in aggregate from registration.

Per-account payout ceilings depend on loyalty level. At levels one to two the ceiling is AU$800 per transaction and per day, and AU$13,000 per month. The ceiling rises stepwise, reaching AU$1,700 per transaction and per day and AU$40,000 per month at levels seven to eight. The operator may charge a processing fee, and any local tax on winnings is your responsibility.

Prohibited Conduct

The following breaches result in balance confiscation and account closure: use of bots, automated tools or artificial intelligence to place bets, collusion with other players, bonus abuse through delayed round completion, table-game hedging designed to run down wagering elsewhere, use of stolen or third-party payment instruments, chargeback initiation without contacting support first, and providing false verification documents. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.

Dormant and Inactive Accounts

An account with no real-money wagering activity for six consecutive months is classed as dormant. From the following month a maintenance fee of ten euros, or the AUD equivalent, is deducted on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC until activity resumes or the balance reaches zero. Bonus funds on a dormant account are voided. After twelve months of inactivity the account may be closed and the remaining balance forfeited if the holder does not respond to contact attempts.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including network outages, power failures, third-party equipment failure, natural disasters, industrial action, terrorism or acts of state. Play may be suspended for the duration of the event.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Curacao. Complaints must first go to the support desk and, if unresolved, to the Curacao Gaming Control Board. The main drawback is that Australian courts and consumer tribunals are unlikely to have jurisdiction over disputes arising from an offshore account, so the practical avenue is the licence-issuing authority.

Amendments

We may amend these terms. Material changes are announced by email and on the site. Continued use of the account after the change means you accept the updated version.
